Who can use Freedom taxis service?Our service is available for: Individuals using wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walkers or special needs Seniors or people with disabilities requiring accessible transport Patients attending medical appointments Children requiring assistance for school pickups & dropoffs

How do I book a ride?You can book a ride by calling our contact number or through our website by filling out booking form. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept credit/debit cards, online payments, and cash. Government subsidies may also cover the fare up to 75%.

Can a caregiver or family member ride along?Yes! A caregiver, family member or assistant is welcome to ride along at no additional cost.

How are wheelchairs secured in the van?We use industry-standard wheelchair tie-down systems and seat belts to ensure a safe and secure ride.
